ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP – 139 Post Crest Dr, Murphy, TX, 75094, US.

Orders can be picked up daily, from 12-7PM. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days using USPS First Class Mail. Optional: We do not ship outside of US at this time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, you can request a cancellation if your order has not yet been printed or shipped. To cancel, please make sure to do so within one hour of placing your order.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@custobera.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
