Please note: As a result, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We are committed to resolving such issues promptly.
To request a resolution, please email us at info@custobera.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos of the defective or incorrect item.
If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed, which may include a replacement, refund, or return. Returns sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
* Custom products, including personalized items, unless they are defective or incorrect.
* Sale items or gift cards.
